but has a gender policy, which guides
in the implementation of programs and
activities; making sure that both gender
benefit from capacity building and organization's
resources. Bearing in mind that there
is no way community projects can be
realized without the involvement of

is gender sensitive and has guidelines for
addressing gender interest in project activities.
ABEMO pays attention to gender-related aspects
in project planning and implementation; knowing
that the support and involvement of men is
pertinent to improving the lives of women
and children in communities Thus, while women
are primary target, both men and women are
involved in our programs, knowing that the
isolation of a particular gender in our programs
will have great repercussions on improving
women's lives |
